- Reflective Collars Meet Both the MUTCD Standard and NCHRP Report 350.
- 2 Reflective collars (one 6-inch and one 4-inch)
- Made with post-industrial recycled material, heavier base option helps cones remain upright even after being flattened by vehicular traffic
