Natural Clay And Natural True Indigo Dyes

We offer you our Rawganique Reserve Organic Jeans & Chino Collection, featuring organic cotton clay-dyed jeans and organic cotton natural true indigo-dyed jeans. True indigo dyes are exceedingly rare today and considered a lost art in many parts of the world that used to feature this amazing natural dye. The dyeing process is labor-intensive, involving precision and multiple dye baths, with the deeper colors often requiring a dozen or more dye baths. The beautiful and very rare, entirely natural clay and true indigo colors are what makes our organic cotton jeans special. The clay and indigo dyes are made of skin-friendly bio-resins and natural enzymes. We do not use any petrochemical metal mordant or toxic chemical to dye our organic jeans. Only ingredients that come directly from nature are used in the dyes. Our color-by-nature organic cotton pants do not create chemical waste during production and do not pollster the water, air, or soil. Please note: Wash naturally-dyed products with like colors, separately from other products as the colors may bleed in the first few washing. Also, the natural dyes may rub off on white or light-color fabric items when in constant close contact and especially in moist environments, so please be careful.

Zippers

We chose premium-quality YKK zippers that are sustainable for our organic jeans. The YKK NATULON® zippers are made of recycled polyester recovered mostly from PET bottles and old fibers. Moreover, the green-energy manufacturing process reduces energy consumption, CO2 emission, the use of crude oil and the production of industrial waste.

Buttons

What makes the YKK snap-fastener buttons really eco-friendly is their use of the base color of the metal. Unlike the commonly used conventional buttons, ours are finished without an electrical plating process, thus avoiding heavy metals and other hazardous materials and greatly reducing the use of water in production.
