- 2026 Wrangler Compatibility Notice: Certain 2025 and 2026 Wrangler (JL) and Gladiator (JT) vehicles built on or after September 30, 2025 were produced with a faulty Driver Assistance System Module (DASM) software calibration, affecting the AEV ProCal and all other dealer and aftermarket programming tools. This DASM calibration could not properly accept tire size which then caused lane departure and auto high-beam warning faults and disabled certain driver assistance features. Please see Customer Bulletin for instructions on how to resolve the issue from your local Stellantis dealer
- Expedition-Ready Suspension Engineering: As a true, expedition-ready suspension system, coil spring and shock tuning was essential to provide the optimal balance of load carrying capacity and ride quality that customers have come to expect from AEV
- Complete Suspension Kit Components: The AEV JL 2.5" DualSport RT Suspension Kit includes a set of frequency-tuned, triple-rate coil springs to provide 2.5" of additional front and rear ride height. The JL Wrangler is equipped from the factory with a very soft coil spring and a relatively stiff shock package, which is not suitable for expedition travel when heavier cargo loads are introduced. Progressive rate coil springs (available in standard load or high capacity) provide additional load handling capability and are paired with AEV-tuned, 46mm 5100 series shock absorbers for a slightly firm, sportier feel
- Enhanced Performance and Articulation: The AEV coil spring and shock combination used in this suspension not only increases both up travel and down travel but also provides better articulation as well as improved off-road speed potential and bottoming control. Left Hand Drive Only
- ProCal SNAP Speedometer Recalibration: The all-new ProCal SNAP (currently not compatible with 2025 model year Wranglers equipped with the 2.0L 4-cylinder engine) is included for quick and easy speedometer recalibration
- Geometry Correction Brackets: AEV's heavy duty, stamped control arm geometry correction brackets are included for an improved ride quality and reduced nose dive under hard braking
- Rear Track Bar Tower Extension: A rear track bar tower extension is included to correct the rear roll center while also generating a better turn-in response
